When I started my sessions with Chris, my goal was to improve my body composition, strength and overall fitness but i had sustained multiple injuries over my life that proved a challenge. Nevertheless, Chris did an excellent job in not only assessing my needs but curating a program that suits my wants and had the expertise in working around the many injuries that i have. Every training was pre planned with intent such that there i am challenged with just the right amount of strength and aerobics and not out there to kill me. I am impressed with his knowledge that dispels a lot of the fitness fallacies i used to believe in and his details to the specifics of the engagement of the intent of each repetition of each exercise. As of writing this, I am happy with the results and confident that with his guidance, I will continuously improve with the carefully curated programs.
