Always look forward to my training sessions every week, whether 1 on 1s with Myren or the group classes with Thomas, Chris. Particularly like that they’re so knowledgeable, explaining the nuances of each exercise, always watching out for form, making sure you’re practicing safely, and pushing you in the right direction.
The programs Myren puts together are amazingly effective at helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be. And seeing your own progress week on week is darn addictive!
