Or perhaps, you would like a training programme which factors in and improves your current limitation (ie, poor mobility)?
The Customised Programme of 4-week or 12-week is a highly individualised programme design, you can choose to train on-site, off-site or dual-location.
As a performance facility, we measure all of our interventions. Hence once every 8 weeks, members on customised programme are given a complimentary body composition analysis and performance evaluation of respective set goals.
Due to the effort and time required in designing a customised programme, we do not design ad-hoc/single or 1-week programmes.
