Kai

Kai is a passionate coach who’s committed to cultivating long-term wellbeing and sustainable habits in his clients. His diverse experience includes working with seniors at active ageing centres, adolescents in boys’ homes, primary school children, aviation firefighters, and the general population through group training environments like F45 and BFT.

Whether helping a 60-year-old progress from zero to 10kg lunge walks, or supporting a client through 6kg of fat loss, Kai’s approach is grounded in patient, progressive work. He is especially driven by helping clients manage pain, regain function and improving quality of life. Kai walks the talk. From completing 10,000 pull-ups in seven months to achieving 100 reps of 100kg alternating lunges in under an hour, he lives and breathes the kind of effort he asks of his clients. Specialising in general fitness and active ageing, Kai truly believes fitness can be for everyone. He is currently working towards the Strongfirst Barbell (SFL) certification in September this year.
