At our core, we simply believe in empowering each member to optimise each and every training session. Coupling excellent technical skills with the careful design of their training programme, members can be assured that efficiency is maximised in order to reach their goals. In addition, timely check-ins as well as constant feedback and assessments are implemented to ensure a results-based approach!

Our Story

Since 2015, Higher Performance has focused on the vision of pursuing excellence, clarity and purpose in the field of physical training.

As an avid sportsman, Head Coach Myren consistently struggled to identify the core and specificity in the programmes that were prescribed to him. This formed his drive to create Higher Performance as a training facility to provide effective programmes for everyone.

This vision was the connecting philosophy that attracted Coach Elaine and Chris to join the team in subsequent years. Together, the core team developed a hybrid performance system that forms the basis of the Customised Training Programme.

The team strives to continue their journey of research and development to deliver these programmes and help people achieve their training goals and beyond!

You can be assured that this focus on evidence-based programmes provide a safe and progressive training journey, whether you are a newbie to fitness or an athlete.

OUR COACHES

Our team is well-rounded with their combined experience, ranging from National Team coaches to Fitness Educators and experts in their respective fields. To ensure the highest of standards, each coach that steps through our doors is required to pass a mandatory 2-month mentorship programme and testing. Our coaches routinely partake in rigorous theoretical and practical training in order to best serve our clients and their fitness journeys. Afterall, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always something new to learn.

OUR TRAINING FACILITIES

Currently, we have three gym facilities (204, 188-6 & 188-8) within walking distance of each other along Tanjong Katong Road. The gyms host a variety of state-of-the-art equipment to support all of your training needs.
